Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-focused innovation projects from ideation to market launch
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to align innovation roadmap with business goals
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors

- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years of innovation leadership experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of 2026 technology landscape (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
