Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-era innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for climate resilience and sustainable tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs, governments, and Fortune 500 pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough innovations through agile development cycles
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and exponential technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities a strong advantage
