Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping 2026-era technologies across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces shaping the 2026 landscape
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal incubation programs
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our 2026 Fellowship Initiative
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or synthetic biology
- Experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in relevant field (preferred) with demonstrated thought leadership
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with measurable impact
