Responsibilities
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Lead scenario planning for societal paradigm shifts (climate, workforce, governance)
- Curate and scale exponential technologies through our incubation program
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and behavioral scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Experience with futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario modeling)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
