Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Proven track record launching futuristic products
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Fluency in Python and quantum programming languages
