Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with industry 4.0 and AI evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in biotech, metaverse, and sustainable tech
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Experience securing government innovation grants and corporate partnerships
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
