- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership publications
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budgets
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a network of domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
