Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and other innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of neural-network optimization for climate tech solutions
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture collaborations
- Mentor emerging AI researchers in our FutureWorks Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic tech innovation with 3+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and biometric interfaces
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred) for government collaboration projects
