What You'll Do:

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and product leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research institutions
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation strategy using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams through innovation sprints and prototyping cycles
- Develop KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Conduct market research for emerging technology adoption patterns
- Present strategic proposals to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Maintain competitive intelligence in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC preferred)
