- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for post-2025 technological inflection points
- Architect sustainable innovation ecosystems bridging blockchain, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging threats and opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
- Collaborate with academic partners on DARPA-style R&D initiatives for next-gen computing
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of 2025-2030 technological convergence points (Nexus of Forces)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar-tier innovation publications
- Experience with government innovation programs (SBIR, IARPA) or Fortune 500 strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking (CFP) or Technology Foresight methodologies preferred
