Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Champion innovation sprints using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum systems, or biotechnology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation-led business impact (patents, case studies, or published research)
- Strong ethical framework for responsible innovation governance
