Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bioinformatics, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into current portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Strong financial modeling for long-term tech investment scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
