Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across diverse industries
- Develop proprietary frameworks for emerging tech integration (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Design and execute pilot programs for Fortune 500 clients with $10M+ budgets
- Build cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry disruptors
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of breakthroughs
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
