Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AI ethics) and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Manage venture partnerships with startups developing 2026-relevant technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author white papers on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, product development, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in tech forecasting or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with agile development in futuristic tech contexts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
