Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and governments
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
- Manage $2M annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Experience with agile development in quantum/AI environments
