Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Partner with UN and WEF on global technology policy initiatives for 2026-2030
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and emerging technology adoption
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Present at Davos, TED, and World Future Society summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ quantum/AI breakthrough achievements
- Published author in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Deep expertise in scenario planning for disruptive technology convergence
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Google) and AI Ethics (IEEE)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of patented innovations in sustainable tech or human augmentation
