- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier tech startups and research institutions
- Develop predictive models for emerging technology adoption and societal impact
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive teams and board members for decision-making
- Build an internal culture of radical innovation through workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate innovation, venture capital, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth initiatives in tech or biotech
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
