Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Proficiency in data-driven innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, Blue Ocean)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
