- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive ESG-integrated innovation frameworks for sustainable 2026 business models
- Mentor talent pipeline of future-ready innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (STEEP-SCAN, Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Professional certifications in Innovation Management (CEIM) or Futures Research (CFR)
