Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching 2026 technology and product innovation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate strategic visions into tangible deliverables.
- Present quarterly innovation reports and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions that align with the 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional agile pods to prototype and test next-generation features.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of new 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Web3).
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-facing products or strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite in our San Francisco headquarters.
