- Mentor a team of 12+ PhD researchers and quantum engineers
- Publish top-tier papers in Nature/Science journals
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum-AI integration projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with federated learning and distributed quantum networks
- Strong background in theoretical computer science complexity
