Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Future Technology Integration: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) and assess their applicability to our current architecture.
- System Design: Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and operational demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate third-party solutions and partnerships that will drive the company's digital transformation.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies for future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C-suite executives and board members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic IT management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integration, and distributed systems.
- Forecasting: Strong ability to analyze market trends and predict technological shifts relevant to the year 2026.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
