Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our core technology stack.
- Participate in our comprehensive 12-week technical onboarding and leadership academy.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web or mobile development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), or machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
