Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program across our Core Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to define and implement innovative software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops, tech talks, and completing internal certification tracks.
- Present project outcomes and technical findings to senior leadership at the conclusion of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
