Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions across multiple high-impact engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to build user-centric applications for the 2026 market.
- Participate in quarterly innovation hackathons to prototype emerging technologies.
- Engage in continuous learning modules focused on AI integration, cybersecurity, and sustainable computing.
- Present project milestones and technical findings directly to executive leadership.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and represent FutureTech at global tech conferences.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within your engineering pods.
Qualifications
- Expected graduation date of Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, including AI, Web3, or Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to relocate to or commute within the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
