Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute the architectural vision for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals and market demands.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level concepts into scalable system architectures.
- Innovation & Research: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to identify trends that will drive the company's competitive advantage.
- System Design: Design robust, secure, and scalable systems that can handle future growth and evolving user needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern programming languages.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and anticipate market shifts to drive product evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
