- Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and quarterly objectives.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight insights into operational planning.
- Analyze data patterns to predict consumer behavior changes and competitive landscapes five years out.
- Publish thought leadership content and whitepapers to establish Apex Horizon as a definitive authority on the 2026 vision.
- Advise executive leadership on high-risk, high-reward investments in emerging tech sectors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futures studies, or a similar leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information from diverse sources into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of accurate trend forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Masterβs degree in a relevant field (Futures Studies, Economics, Computer Science) is preferred.
