Your insights will directly influence $500M+ in R&D investments and define our market position in the next decade of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech domains
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps mapping technological convergence scenarios through 2026
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board-level stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and emerging market adoption
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports published in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of published trend forecasting or scenario planning deliverables
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and signal detection
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau or Flourish
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight initiatives
