Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on megatrends for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on strategic adaptation and future-proofing
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
