Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or research publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
