- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and climate-risk indicators for strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS)
- Published research on long-term trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Layered Analysis)
