This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative foresight, and executive influence to design resilient future-ready strategies.
As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders across Fortune 500 companies to decode emerging trends, identify disruptive opportunities, and build actionable roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll pioneer our proprietary FutureSight™ methodology while representing our thought leadership at global summits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly Horizon 2026 trend reports with predictive analytics on AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech convergence
- Facilitate executive strategy workshops using scenario planning methodologies for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-state business models and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and academic futurist networks
- Design and deploy Horizon Dynamics' Future-Resilience Certification program for enterprise clients
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums as a futurist thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategy consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis read by Fortune 500 executives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, biotech convergence, and decentralized infrastructure
- Certification in CFAP (Certified Futurist Analysis Professional) or equivalent
- Experience building foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies in tech/healthcare sectors
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience to C-suite audiences
