Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging risks/opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise C-suite on adaptive strategies for exponential change and systemic transformation
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities and future-ready culture
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech) and societal shifts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-making
