This role demands a blend of analytical rigor and creative foresight to anticipate technological, societal, and market shifts shaping the post-2025 landscape. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional think tanks, and translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies that position our company as an industry pioneer.

Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technology adoption
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging trends in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops using scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Produce white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and investment thesis
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience publishing in journals like Future Studies or Technological Forecasting
- Portfolio of 3+ published future scenarios or strategic roadmaps
