- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with engineering, product, and investment teams
- Analyze global regulatory trends and geopolitical shifts affecting tech innovation
- Build quantitative models for technology adoption curves and market disruption timelines
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning skills with tools like Gephi or Causal Mapper
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global trend analysis
