Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and bio-innovation
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital for experimental initiatives
- Deliver quarterly briefings to C-suite on paradigm-shifting trends
- Drive 3+ patents annually in next-gen computational systems
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment
- Mentor talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years pioneering emerging technologies with 3+ exits
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 0 to 100+
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
