Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers in developing next-gen sustainable systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized governance models
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and climate tech accelerators
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading tech innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
- Proven track record of shipping products with quantum AI or biometric integration
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology paradigms
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects preferred
