- Partner with R&D to translate futurist insights into patentable IP and commercialization pathways
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Curate and lead a global futurist think tank network
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published futurist research or patents in high-impact journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
