Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's comprehensive '2026 Horizon' strategic roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies, macroeconomic shifts, and emerging industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to align long-term objectives with daily operations.
- Design and facilitate executive-level workshops to brainstorm and refine future-proof business models.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and viability of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly foresight reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic pivots.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics and AI tools to enhance strategic planning accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate foresight.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, future-oriented projects from ideation to execution.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
