Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 corporate strategic roadmap across all major departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely delivery of future-proof platforms.
- Conduct advanced market forecasting and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities ahead of the 2026 tech cycle.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to translate high-level vision into actionable, measurable project milestones.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI and next-gen cloud infrastructure, into current business workflows.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, providing monthly executive-level reporting.
- Mitigate program risks by proactively identifying roadblocks and deploying innovative, agile solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-year enterprise initiatives from ideation to launch.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends, specifically AI, machine learning, and Web3 infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in data visualization tools.
