Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market

- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
- Cross-industry collaboration experience (tech, healthcare, energy)
