Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision across all product lines and business units.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of "Future-Proof" solutions and long-term roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align innovation strategies with broader business goals.
- Pitch the 2026 vision to internal stakeholders and external investors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Innovation.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of macro-economic trends and their impact on long-term planning.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
- Experience with predictive modeling and data-driven decision making.
