Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch disruptive products/services targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders, research institutions, and emerging startups
- Manage a $15M+ innovation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Monitor emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and translate insights into actionable plans
- Mentor and develop a team of 15+ innovation specialists, fostering a culture of bold experimentation
- Present innovation roadmaps and progress to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen for managing large innovation budgets
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
