Responsibilities

- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native architectures that can support our expansion into new global markets.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the implementation of complex technical initiatives, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Mentor engineering teams on cutting-edge methodologies and encourage a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executives and stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into practical business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
