Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and machine learning into core workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential growth in data volume.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess and prepare current systems for future quantum computing capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or management role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar architecture certifications are a plus.
