Responsibilities

- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' detailing market disruptions and opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GIST, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
