Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor audiences
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing anticipated societal challenges
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
