Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the strategic technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Spatial Computing) into product pipelines.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future-forward solutions.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Present quarterly innovation reports and strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experimental projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or innovation management.
- Demonstrated expertise in next-generation technologies (AI/ML, Spatial Computing, Blockchain).
- Proven track record of taking conceptual ideas from ideation to successful market launch.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup-like environment.
