Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning for system architecture, specifically targeting the standards and capabilities expected in the year 2026.
- System Design & Migration: Design and oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures that support high-velocity growth.
- Performance Optimization: Implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure zero-latency performance and 99.999% uptime across all global services.
- AI & Automation Integration: Integrate advanced AI models and autonomous agents into core infrastructure workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols to protect sensitive data against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of backend development.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt architectures accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
