Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with UN Technology Advisory Board on sustainable tech standards
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with DARPA and NASA innovation partners
- Author white papers on emerging tech societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Experience with federal tech procurement processes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
